Description
Situated within spacious grounds that cover over 150 hectares in size, this beautiful resort is an oasis for relaxation within the stunning French Riviera. It is nestled between Provence and Côte d'Azur and is a wonderful choice for both an active or relaxing holiday. Whether you wish to simply relax and revel in the tranquil surroundings or if you wish to try your hand at the renowned 18-hole golf course (a minimum handicap of 36 applies), there is something for everyone.
The Resort is composed of 4 hamlets where you can find apartments, semi-detached houses and free standing villa with private pool located here and there in protected, mature pine forests, blending Provencal tradition with the very highest standards in comfort. You can find in each hamlet an electric gate and shared swimming pool area with children's pool, outdoor shower, pool house, deckchairs.
A 2,000 m² spa area offers a wide selection of spa treatments (payable locally), a fabulous restaurant awaits you with lovely panoramic views of the golf course, tennis courts offer a bit of healthy competition and several swimming pools are on-hand if you fancy a refreshing swim. Alternatively, the lovely beaches in Fréjus or Sainte Maxime are less than half an hour away.
We recommend the use of a car: shopping center 2km, supermarket 2km, restaurant 2km, sandy beaches 20km.
4 Bedroom individual villa, 130 sqm in 2 levels, maximum 8 persons, tastefully decorated, consists of: entrance, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom with toilet and shower, a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine).
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 small beds, wc, bidet and shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 small beds, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet,air-conditioned bedrooms. Large terrace and garden with outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds), private swimming pool, heated pool (with extra charge). internet fiber

Two lights didn't work - (one in the middle bedroom and one in the bathroom). We did report the faulty one in the bathroom ceiling but it was not fixed. However the plug in the basin in the ensuite shower room was cleared and the draining improved.see more

However the plug in the basin in the ensuite shower room was cleared and the draining improved. The mastic in the shower should be replaced as there is evidence of mould.

Overall design of the villa very good, kitchen a little small, but of course the weather allowed outside eating and of restaurants a plenty. Don’t go to St Tropez on market day, if you want to park! Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Inventory a bit strange - most were fixtures and fittings. Crockery and utensils need a revamp. Villa lacks a few little touches like hooks to hang towels. Pool furniture a bit dated.
